29th Annual Through the Kitchen Party

On Sunday, April 17, 230 guests gathered for the 29th Annual Through the Kitchen party at the Four Seasons Restaurant and raised $698,500 for CRI’s Irvington Fellowship Program. The night’s theme was “Notable New Yorkers” and included tables featuring: Liza Minnelli, Bette Midler, Andy Warhol, Woody Allen, Gloria Steinem, Tony Bennett (who actually sat at his table), Ed Koch, Robert De Niro, Vera Wang, Martha Stewart, and others. Funniest tables included the Joey Buttafuoco table (replete with wrenches, car oil, red panties, and gloves) and “Your Plastic Surgeon” with mannequin heads studded with syringes and smothered in bandages. A Lady Gaga look-a-like floated in the Pool Room all evening. Guests included15-time Grammy Award winner Tony Bennett and wife Susan Benedetto, NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Diana Taylor, Police Commissioner and Mrs. Ray Kelly, Evelyn and Leonard Lauder, Jo Carole and Ronald Lauder, Aerin Lauder and Eric Zinterhofer, Debra and Leon Black, Lauren and John Veronis, Jane and Jim Stern, Marlene Hess and Jim Zirin, Cathie Black and Thomas Harvey, Patty and Gustavo Cisneros, Peter Duchin and Virginia Coleman, Allison and Leonard Stern, Pat and Victor Ganzi, Gail and James Citrin, Jeanne and Herbert Siegel, Perri Peltz and Eric Ruttenberg, Jamie Niven, Liz and Jeff Peek, Mickey and Paola Schulhof, Andy and Tom Mendell, Denise and Michael Kellen, Susan and Martin Lipton, Cathy and Alan Greenberg, Shasha and Mickey Targoff, Ann and Geoffrey Coley, Diane and Thomas Tuft, Charlotte Moss and Barry Friedberg, and Sherry and Robert Wiener.
