George grew up in New York City, attending Collegiate School from first grade through high school. George earned his bachelor's degree from Marymount Manhattan College where he studied Communication Arts, English, and Creative Writing. While earning his degree, George worked for Sirius Satellite Radio in the sports radio department. After graduating, George started working for Morgan Stanley in their due diligence department. George attended NYU in the evenings during his tenure at Morgan Stanley, earning a certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment. In May 2011, George enrolled full-time in Columbia University’s Master of Science in real estate development program. While attending Columbia, George worked for SG Blocks, a modular builder in New York City. After earning his Master’s Degree, George joined Starwood Property Trust working in their asset management department. Currently, George is a member of the GIA Group, where he serves as a research analyst supporting its corporate advisory, real estate and equity investments businesses.

After attending the inaugural Midsummer Social, George joined the CRI Young Philanthropists Council in 2009. George is an avid sports fan and his interests include billiards, backgammon, snowboarding, and culinary arts.
