Members Laurie H. Glimcher, MD Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Boston, MA Dr. Laurie H. Glimcher is the president and chief executive officer of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and also serves on the National Cancer Moonshot Blue Ribbon Panel. Dr. Glimcher first achieved renown for her discoveries involving the differentiation of T cells, especially CD4+ T cells, which earned her the 2012 William B. Coley Award for Distinguished Research in Basic Immunology, the L’Oréal-UNESCO Award for Women in Science, and election to the National Academy of Sciences, among other honors. Dr. Glimcher has been a member of CRI’s Scientific Advisory Council since 2006.
