The response has been so positive, we’ve had to increase capacity – twice! As excitement builds, we wanted to share a sneak peek of the programming we’re planning for the Summit. Experts in cancer immunotherapy share the latest research news, as well as what to watch for in the coming months. Demystifying Clinical Trials. Hear from a range of voices (an oncologist, a trial nurse, and clinical trial patients) about what it’s really like to be in a clinical trial. Empowering You: Self-advocacy Tips and Tools. Immunotherapy patients discuss the practical steps they took to become empowered in their own care. Caregivers: Advocating for Those You Love. A parent, a daughter, and a partner share their experiences in caring and advocating for their family members. Living Life at Stage 4. Immunotherapy patients engage in a frank discussion of the joys and hardships of life with metastatic cancer and treatment with immunotherapy.
