What is Cancer Immunotherapy Month?

Celebrated every June, Cancer Immunotherapy Month was created by CRI following the landmark FDA approval of the first checkpoint inhibitor in 2011. This annual observance is dedicated to raising awareness, educating the public about immunotherapy, and reflecting on the transformative potential and significant advancements in cancer immunotherapy.

The creation of Cancer Immunotherapy Month marks CRI’s commitment to funding pioneering research that propels the field forward.
